A few weeks back I had a chance to work with Vancouver Photographer, Maiganlee Photography. We set a date to shoot in my favourite location in the city, and even more specifically, my favourite alley way in Gastown. As it usually does in Vancouver, the weather did not cooperate. The rain began to fall heavily and the temperature dropped to an uncomfortable level where I could have used a few more layers. Oh and did I mention I also forgot my umbrella?? Rookie mistake in this city. Anyways, Maigan worked her magic and made it still possible!
I have been wearing this Aritzia poussin bomber jacket a LOT lately. I was hesitant at first as it is, well, a colour 😉 and I am not used to that! The dusty rose won me over, and the basketwoven japanese fabric adds a sophisticated touch to the bomber style. I have worn this in various settings, and am looking forward to transitioning it into Spring (where this colour will be trending).
I will admit that it is nice to have a hint of soft colour during these gloomy, dark winter months. Mixing it with neutrals is a piece of cake! And what better to incorporate than a giant scarf to add some texture and warmth to your look?? Another Aritzia find that I am wearing almost daily.
Thank you Maigan for capturing this look!

I love the setting of this photo shoot and the jacket looks great.

I really like your style and the bomber looks really nice! I’m thinking of getting one too, but I am not sure if I should go for XS or S. Are you wearing an XS in the bomber?
Thank you!

Thank you for your compliment! Sorry for the delayed response. I am wearing a small! I find the sizing of this jacket to be on the small side.
